" Federal prosecutors say a major development has taken place in the ongoing case of the USA vs. Arragoncillo and Aquino
"major development" involving charges Lean Aragoncillo; FBI civilian analyst and a Michael Ray Aquino, former PNP officer " plotted to steal classified information that could be used to oust the current Philippine leader."
